Module 3: Using presentation software

Flight of Amelia PowerPoint Presentation

In our last lesson you created a digital story in Microsoft Word. You will now create a PowerPoint presentation retelling your story using PowerPoint.

Using PowerPoint, create a presentation entitled "The Flight of Amelia". The presentation must meet the following criteria:
  • A minimum of 4 slides and not more than 8 slides
  • Include an introductory/title slide with your name.
  • Each slide must have a different theme
  • Each slide must have a background
  • Each slide must have three buttons (forward, back, home)
  • Every slide in the presentation must include at least one graphic image from clip art and one digital photo.
  • Each slide must have text that is:
  • Easy to read (20 point or more)
  • Be varied in sizes, colors and styles (e.g., bold, italic, etc.)
  • You need to format the slide transitions for all slides.
  • You must use at least one slide animation on each slide.
The following rubric will be used to evaluate your persentaion:
